Para By The Coast currently only ships to the UK.

If you are based overseas; email parabythecoast@gmail.com to enquire about purchasing a downloadable PDF copy of the first aid guide.

The processing time for each order is 2 working days.

Items are shipped with a 48 hour tracked service but will depend on Royal Mail delivery times.
